REQUESTS FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (4455 WELLINGTON, 4337-4347 VERDUN, 7159 LASALLE, 1467 FOCH)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following requests for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

 

1.                 allow two first floor front units exempt of balcony at 4455 rue Wellington;

 

2.                 allow the subdivision of lot 1 183 471 (4337 to 4347 rue de Verdun) into two lots with a 6.86-metre width instead of the 8-metre minimum width required under the grid of uses and standards H02-29;

 

3.                 allow the subdivision of the building at 4337 to 4347 rue de Verdun into two buildings with a 6.86-metre width instead of the 8-metre minimum width required under the grid of uses and standards H02-29;

 

4.                 allow the construction of an habitable rooftop structure at 7159 boulevard LaSalle at a distance of 2.4 metres from the front wall instead of 3 metres as required under section 184;

 

5.                 allow a parking space with a front yard encroachment at 1467 rue Foch.

 

Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at 7 p.m.
