PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council adopted at a regular meeting held on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, the following by-law:
By-law RCA09 210002
By-law RCA09 210002 to suspend, for fiscal year 2009, the indexation clause of By-law RCA04 210012, as amended, establishing the remuneration of borough councillors as well as additional remunerations.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-law may do so during regular office hours at the borough secretary's office, 4555, rue de Verdun, room 102.This by-law takes effect retroactively as of January 1, 2009.
