NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, room 205, shall be submitted for adoption by the borough council, the above-mentioned by-law.The draft by-law and the notice of introduction were presented at the regular meeting held on June 2, 2009.
This draft by-law is deposited at the office of the borough secretary located at 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102, where anyone interested may consult same during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The purpose of this draft by-law is to suspend, for fiscal year 2009, the indexation clause of By-law RCA04 210012 establishing the remuneration of the borough councillors as well as additional remunerations.
This draft by-law will take effect retroactively as of January 1, 2009.
