THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, under resolution CA09 210184, Zoning By-law 1700-69 entitled:"By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Repeal the provisions applicable to golf activities in Zone H03-04;
–Modify the limits of Zones H03-04 and I03-05;
–Establish Zones H03-120, P03-121, P03-122 and P03-123;
–Include Zones H03-120, P03-121, P03-122 and P03-123 in the chapter pertaining to the provisions applicable to site planning and architectural integration program.”
THAT the assistant director-general of the Service de la mise en valeur du territoire et du patrimoine approved Zoning By-law 1700-69 on May 26, 2009, under decision DA090524006.

In accordance with article 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-69 came into force on May 27, 2009, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
