ZONING BY-LAW 1700-67 (REPLACE ZONE C03-35 WITH ZONE E03-35 AND AUTHORIZE "COMMUNITY CENTRE" USE IN ZONE E03-35)

NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, under resolution CA09 210129, Zoning By-law 1700-67 entitled:"By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Replace Zone C03-35 with Zone E03-35;
–Authorize “community centre” use in Zone E03-35”.
THAT the assistant director-general of the Service de la mise en valeur du territoire et du patrimoine approved Zoning By-law 1700-67 on May 19, 2009, under decision DA090524005.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-67 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.
In accordance with article 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-67 came into force on May 20, 2009, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
