REQUEST FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (5748, BOULEVARD CHAMPLAIN)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow, for the property located at 5748 boulevard Champlain, the construction of larger dormer windows with a 16-degree pitch instead of the required 22.5 degree under section 250 of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at 7 p.m.
