NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, under resolution CA08 210361, By-law RCA08 210003 modified by By-law RCA08 210003-1 entitled: "By-law governing special building, renovation, alteration or occupancy projects with respect to buildings within the borough limits modified by By-law RCA08 210003-1 adopted on February 3, 2009 so as to include the requirement to submit a traffic impact study for large and medium-sized retail business projects.”
THAT the executive committee approved By-law RCA08 210003 modified by By-law RCA08 210003-1 at its meeting held on March 4, 2009, under resolution CE09 0307.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-laws may do so during regular office hours at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102.
In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, By-law RCA08 210003 modified by By-law RCA08 210003-1 came into force on March 9, 2009, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
