REQUEST FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (9, RUE DES TOURTERELLES)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow the rear garden shed already located at 9 rue des Tourterelles at a distance of 0.25 metre and 0.52 metre from the boundary line adjacent to Zone P03-86 instead of the required 3 metres under section 273 of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 7 p.m.
