REQUEST FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (5773 TO 5775, RUE BANNANTYNE)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow tandem parking consisting of 26 spaces at 5773 to 5775 rue Bannantyne instead of the required 35 parking spaces under section 90 of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 7 p.m.
