NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF DRAFT ZONING BY-LAW 1700-64 (600, 700, 750, CHEMIN DU GOLF, AND MODIFICATION OF THE LIMITS OF ZONE P03-02)

NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with resolution CA08 210437 adopted at the regular borough council meeting held on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, it was decided to withdraw Draft Zoning By-law 1700-64.
Draft Zoning By-law 1700-64
Draft Zoning By-law 1700-64 amending Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Establish Zone I03-120 including properties located at 700 and 750 chemin du Golf, and allow the “prestige industry” group of uses as well as the “workshop and auto repairing garage for cars, trucks and buses” use and “manual and mechanical car wash” use of the “c5 heavy arterial commercial” group of uses;
–Modify the limits of Zone C03-99 so as to include the building located at 600 chemin du Golf;
–Modify the limits of Zone P03-02 so as to include lots 2 988 198, 2 962 832, 2 969 833 and part of lot 1 860 566, said lots are all located behind commercial buildings on chemin du Golf.”
