PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council, at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, adopted the following by-laws:
By-law RCA08 210002
By-law providing for the approval of the operating budget of the Société de développement commercial Wellington from January 1 to December 31, 2009, and dues.
By-law RCA08 210002 comes into force on the day of publication of the present notice.
By-law RCA08 210005
By-law imposing fees for fiscal year 2009.
By-law RCA08 210005 comes into force on January 1, 2009.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-laws may do so during regular office hours at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102.
