REQUEST FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (FUTURE NORDIC SPA BUILDING AT 1001 BOULEVARD DE LA FORÊT)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.authorize the installation of 9 heat pumps at ground level instead of rooftop for the future nordic spa building at 1001 boulevard de la Forêt, as required under article 270.6 of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at 7 p.m.
