NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned that, in accordance with article 461 of the Cities and Towns Act, an auction sale shall be held for various items stored by the borough for more than sixty (60) days further to some evictions in the borough.
This auction sale shall be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at the Public Works located at 1177, rue Dupuis, arrondissement de Verdun.
The starting bid is $50.00 per lot and any offer retained must be paid immediately IN CASH ONLY.
