Requests for minor exemption

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following requests for minor exemption:

 

                   Two (2) requests for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

 

1.      allow a 14.27-metre lot depth on the north-west corner of rue Leclair and boulevard LaSalle (7159 boulevard LaSalle), whereas, under the grid of uses and standards H01-100, the minimum required is 20 metres;

 

2.      allow the construction of a solarium at 1325 rue Leclair with a 3.65-metre projection into the backyard whereas the maximum required is 3 metres, resulting in a 0,65-metre encroachment into the rear setback.

 

                   One (1) request for minor exemption to the provisions of Lot Subdivision By-law 1751 so as to:

 

1.      allow a portion of rue Gibbons on lot 3 636 447 with a 12.80-metre width and its extension towards rue Brassard with a 7.85-metre width whereas the minimum required is 15 metres.

 

Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, at 7 p.m.
