By-law 1752-1 Pertaining to minor exemption

NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, under resolution CA08 210265, By-law 1752-1 pertaining to minor exemption entitled:  "By-law amending By-Law 1752 pertaining to minor exemption so as to:

  • Include a refusal criteria applicable to a request for minor exemption;
  • Include a compliance criteria prior to granting a minor exemption;
  • Include provisions which may not be the subject of a request for minor exemption;
  • Include penal provisions.”

THAT the executive committee approved By-law 1752-1 pertaining to minor exemption at its meeting held on July 30, 2008, under resolution CE08 1369.

Interested individuals may consult By-law 1752-1 pertaining to minor exemption at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.

In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, By-law 1752-1 pertaining to minor exemption came into force on July 30, 2008, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
