THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, under resolution CA08 210039, Zoning By-law 1700-57 entitled:"Concordance By-law 1700-57 to the Master Plan and modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
-Replace “place of worship” use with “housing” use for the building located at 960 rue Moffat.”
THAT the executive committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-57 at its meeting held on July 2, 2008, under resolution CE08 1266.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-57 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.
In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-57 came into force on July 3, 2008, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
