Request for minor exemption (parking space at 5557 to 5561 rue Bannantyne)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow one parking space at 5557 to 5561 rue Bannantyne instead of two parking spaces as required under section 90 of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at 7 p.m.
