PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.Allow the construction of an in-ground swimming pool in the backyard of the property located at 370 rue des Roselins with a 1.5-metre distance from the edge of the pool to the boundary line of Zone P03-86 whereas the minimum required under section 273 of Zoning By-law 1700 is 3 metres.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 7 p.m.
