THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, April 1st, 2008, under resolution CA08 210140, Zoning By-law 1700-61 entitled:"By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Allow “u2 – heavy public utility” use and prohibit “warehouse” use in Zone C02-71.”
THAT the executive committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-61 at its meeting held on April 30, 2008, under resolution CE08 0739.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-61 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.
In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-61 came into force on May 5, 2008, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
