THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, under resolution CA08 210103, Zoning By-law 1700-60 entitled:"By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Require gas emission detection and ventilation system in Zone H02-123;
–Prohibit dwellings below ground level in Zones H02-36 and H02-123.”
THAT the executive committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-60 at its meeting held on April 9 2008, under resolution CE08 0574.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-60 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.
In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-60 came into force on April 10, 2008, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
