NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

 

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, under resolution CA08 210102, Zoning By-law 1700-59 entitled:  "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

 

                   Modify uses permitted in Zone H03-114 so as to allow the construction of detached single-family houses exclusively;

                   Modify the limits of Zone H03-114 so as to reduce and integrate detached single-family houses exclusively facing Zone P03-02;

                   Modify uses permitted in Zone H03-115 so as to allow semi-detached and adjacent houses exclusively and exclude adjacent terrace-houses.”

 

THAT the executive committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-59 at its meeting held on April 9, 2008, under resolution CE08 0575.

 

Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-59 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.

 

In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-59 came into force on April 10, 2008, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
