PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council adopted at its special meeting held on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, the following by-laws:
By-law RCA07 210011
By-law authorizing a loan of $657,000.00 to replace borough vehicles and equipment.
BY-LAW RCA07 210012
By-law authorizing a loan of $1,726,000.00 for parks development as well as playgrounds and riverbanks.
By-law RCA07 210013
By-law authorizing a loan of $332,000.00 to renovate various borough buildings.
By-laws RCA07 210011 and RCA07 210012 were approved on March 18, 2008 and By-law RCA07 210013 was approved on March 19, 2008 by the ministère des Affaires municipales et des Régions.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-laws may do so during regular office hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the borough secretary's office, 4555, rue de Verdun, room 102.These by-laws come into force on the day of publication of the present notice, according to the law.
