PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.authorize a zero rear setback for a new building on lot 1 153 446 instead of the 6-metre minimum required in the grid of uses and standards H02-105 so as to allow the construction of said building at the corner of boulevard LaSalle and rue de Rushbrooke.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at 7 p.m.
