Request for an exemption to the ban to transform an immovable into condominiums

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at 7:00 p.m., in the borough council chamber, room 205, located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning this request for an exemption to the ban to transform an immovable into condominiums for the following property:
1.Building located at 481 to 485 – 2nd Avenue.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at 7:00 p.m.
