NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

 

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, under resolution CA07 210599, Zoning By-law 1700-56 entitled:  "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

 

-                      Exclude from the site plan approval process the demolition of burned down buildings, buildings with structural problems and service-stations with the exception of the service-station located at 201 rue Berlioz;

-                      Modify the objective and criteria to examine demolition site plan.”

 

THAT the executive committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-56 at its meeting held on January 16, 2008, under resolution CE08 0081.

 

Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-56 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.

 

In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-56 came into force on January 17, 2008, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
