PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow the construction of a solarium at 39 rue des Sittelles with a 3.10-metre encroachment onto the rear setback whereas the minimum setback required in the grid of uses and standards H03-62 is 10 metres.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at 7 p.m.
