PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow, on the left side of the residential building located at 1308 rue Foch, a wooden fence instead of a wrought iron fence.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 7 p.m.
