PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow a commercial parking lot layout exempt of the required catch basin and landscaping at 3515 to 3517 boulevard LaSalle.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 7 p.m.
