PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following requests for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow the parking access ramp behind building “E” of Bell Canada Enterprises (BCE) phase II with a 9.47-metre width whereas the maximum required is 8 metres;
2.allow a 32-cm encroachment onto the rear setback for a solarium at 170 rue Berlioz.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 7 p.m.
