THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, October 2, 2007, under resolution CA07 210484, Zoning By-law 1700-55 entitled:"By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Include Zone E02-75 in the provisions pertaining to parking space exemptions.”
THAT the executive committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-55 at its meeting held on November 7, 2007, under resolution CE07 1783.

In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-55 came into force on November 8, 2007, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
