Requests for an exemption to the ban to transform immovables into condominiums

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the borough council chamber, room 205, located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning these requests for an exemption to the ban to transform an immovable into condominiums for the following properties:
1.Building located at 534 to 538 – 1st Avenue;
2.Building located at 3993 to 3997 rue Joseph.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.
