Requests for minor exemption

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555, rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following requests for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

 

1.      allow the subdivision of lot 1 437 287 (243 rue Argyle) into 2 new lots with a lot depth of 18.38 metres and 17 metres respectively, whereas the minimum required in the grid of uses and standards H02-03 is 27 metres;

2.      allow an outdoor parking lot exempt of catch basin at 3477 rue de Rushbrooke (Lofts Rushbrooke), with four front parking spaces, and allow that a portion of the required 1.5-metre wide landscape strip be reduced as well as the required 15 cm landscape strip;

3.      allow the owner of the property located at 1714 rue Leclair, to use beige aluminum siding or other type of non-permitted siding material for existing dormer windows instead of the required white aluminum.

Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at 7 p.m.
