PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow, for the residential building located at 220 chemin du Golf (Sax – phase II), an indoor parking space bearing number 3 244 188 with a 3.90-metre minimum length whereas the minimum required is 5.5 metres, and allow a 5.06-metre minimum width for parallel drive aisles whereas the minimum required is 6 metres and a 5.97-metre minimum width for perpendicular drive aisles whereas the minimum required is 6.70 metres.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at 7 p.m.
