THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, July 3, 2007, under resolution CA07 210360, Zoning By-law 1700-53 entitled:"By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Modify Zoning Plan 2/2 so as to include Zones H01-99, H01-100 and H01-101 located at the intersection of boulevard LaSalle and rue Leclair;
–Modify Annex “C” so as to include the grids of uses and standards H01-99, H01-100 and H01-101.”
THAT the executive committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-53 at its meeting held on August 8, 2007, under resolution CE07 1263.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-53 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.
In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-53 came into force on August 9, 2007, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
