THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, July 3, 2007, under resolution CA07 210361, Zoning By-law 1700-54 entitled:"By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
-Modify the grid of uses and standards in Zone E02-75 of annex “C” so as to authorize in said zone the following use:“Outpatient Medical Clinic”.
THAT the executive committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-54 at its meeting held on August 8, 2007, under resolution CE07 1262.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-54 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.
In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-54 came into force on August 9, 2007, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
