PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, May 1st , 2007, the following by-law:
By-law RCA07 210006
By-law RCA07 210006 repealing by-law RCA05 210012 authorizing a loan of $754,000 to build floating docks at parc Mgr J.-A.-Richard and rue Galt.
Said by-law was approved by the ministère des Affaires municipales et des Régions on July 9, 2007.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-law may do so during regular office hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102.This by-law comes into force on the day of publication of the present notice, according to the law.
