PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, July 3, 2007, the following by-law:

By-law governing the granting of exemptions to the ban to convert a rental residential immovable to divided co-ownership in the Desmarchais—Crawford and Wellington—de-l'Église sectors in the borough and repealing By-law 1539.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-law may do so during regular office hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102.This by-law comes into force according to law.
