Request for an exemption to the ban to transform immovables into condominiums

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, located at 4555, rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning this request for an exemption to the ban to transform an immovable into condominiums for the following property:
1.Building located at 1110 to 1116, avenue Desmarchais.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.
