PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow siding materials such as metal and acrylic on the frontage of the commercial building located at 5959 to 5967 rue de Verdun.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at 7 p.m.
