By-laws numbers E-2729, E-2731 and E-2732 coming into force

Notice is given that borough council at its meeting of February 12, 2007, passed following by-laws:
By-law number E-2729 authorizing a $280,000 loan to bring pools and wading pools up to environmental standards. This by-law was approved by the minister of Affaires municipales et des Régions on April 23, 2007 and come into force this day;
By-law number E-2731 authorizing a $50,000 loan to install signage in various locations in the borough. This by-law was approved by the minister of Affaires municipales et des Régions on April 26, 2007 and come into force this day;
By-law number E-2732 authorizing a $100,000 loan to purchase vehicles and road equipment. This by-law was approved by the minister of Affaires municipales et des Régions on April 20, 2007 and come into force this day;
These by-laws are available for consultation during normal business hours at the borough hall, 1800, boulevard Saint-Joseph, Lachine.
