PUBLIC NOTICEis hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, May 1st, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555, rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow the rear installation of privacy screens measuring 5 metres in length at 77 to 89, chemin de la Pointe-Sud, whereas the required maximum is 4 metres.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 1st, 2007, at 7 p.m.
