Requests for minor exemption

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555, rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning the following requests for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

 

1.      allow the property owner at 1045, 2e Avenue, to build an extension with white Canexel wood siding instead of masonry for dormer windows and a portion of the side wall;

2.      allow a 7-metre rear setback for the property located at 1396, rue Manning, at the corner of boulevard Champlain, further to the rear addition of a solarium, whereas the minimum setback required in the grid of uses and standards H01-31 is 10 metres;

3.      allow a building (daycare centre) exempt of a rear setback at 640, rue Woodland, whereas the minimum setback required in the grid of uses and standards H01-56 is 2 metres, and this, further to lot line readjustment;

4.      allow a building (United Church of Canada) exempt of a side setback at 650, rue Woodland, whereas the minimum setback required is 1 metre and allow lot 1 939 028 with a 20.64-metre frontage whereas the minimum frontage required in the grid of uses and standards E01-97 is 25 metres, further to lot line readjustment;

5.      allow, further to the subdivision of lot 1 153 604, a 9.70-metre frontage on future lot 3 894 311 (3866 to 3874, rue Allen) whereas the minimum frontage required is 10 metres and allow a 5.24-metre frontage on future lot 3 894 312 (3876 to 3880, rue Allen) whereas the minimum frontage required in the grid of uses and standards H02-79 is 6 metres.

Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, at 7 p.m.
