Notice is given that Borough Council, at its meeting of November 13, 2006, passed the by-law no. E-2725 authorizing the financing of $75,000 for expenditures related to the purchase and installation of a gas tank at the Port de plaisance de Lachine.
This by-law was approved by the minister of Affaires municipales et des Régions on December 21, 2006, and is coming into force this day. The by-law is available for consultation during normal business hours at the borough hall, 1800 Saint-Joseph Boulevard, Lachine.
