THAT the Verdun Borough Council adopted at a regular meeting held on Tuesday, November 7, 2006, under resolution CA06 210491, Zoning By-law 1700-49 entitled: "By-law amending Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Modify Zoning Plan 1/2 to expand Zone P03-59 (Adrien-D.-Archambault Park) from Zone H03-60, expand Zone P03-90 (park adjacent to Les Sommets sur le fleuve residential development) from Zone H03-103, modify the limits of Zone G03-93 (Golf) and create Zones H03-110, H03-111, P03-112, H03-113, H03-114, H03-115, H03-116, H03-117 and P03-118;
–Modify the grids of uses and standards I03-14, P03-59, H03-95 and H03-103 and include the grids of uses and standards H03-110, H03-111, P03-112, H03-113, H03-114, H03-115, H03-116, H03-117 and P03-118;
–Prohibit the use of wood for balcony;
–Include standards pertaining to open space of buildings belonging to Metropolitan Structures Inc.;
–Modify section 347 so as to repeal paragraph i);
–Include Zones H03-110, H03-111, P03-112, H03-113, H03-114, H03-115, H03-116, and H03-117 in the chapter pertaining to site plans."
THAT the City of Montreal Executive Committee approved Zoning By-law 1700-49 at its meeting held on December 20, 2006, under resolution CE06 2258.

In accordance with article 137.15 of the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, Zoning By-law 1700-49 came into force on December 21, 2006, day of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
