PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the Verdun Borough Council to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2006, at 7 p.m., in the Council Chamber, room 205, at the Verdun Borough Hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun , said Borough Council shall render a decision concerning the following requests for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, as well as a minor exemption to the provisions of Lot Subdivision By-law 1751, so as to:
1.allow, on lot 3 706 722, a 1-metre side setback for the garage to be built at 7160 boulevard Champlain instead of the 3-metre minimum setback required in the grid of uses and standards C01-88 consequently no detached accessory structure will be located at the rear of the property;
2.allow, on lot 3 706 722, a 37% land/built ratio instead of the 30% maximum required in the grid of uses and standards C01-88 for the new house to be built at 7160 boulevard Champlain with an attached garage instead of a detached garage at the rear of the property;
3.allow, on lot 3 706 722, a 6-metre rear setback for the attached garage to be built at 7160 boulevard Champlain instead of the 10-metre minimum required in the grid of uses and standards C01-88 consequently no detached accessory structure will be located at the rear of the property;
4.allow a 15o roof slope for the expansion of the building at 7329 rue Dunverinstead of the required 40o;
5.allow aluminium and wood siding instead of brick for the expansion of the building at 7329 rue Dunver;
6.allow blue Canexel siding at the back of the property located at 1687 Foch Street instead of white aluminium siding;
Minor exemption to the provisions of Lot Subdivision By-law 1751 so as to:
1.allow a 12.80-metre width instead of the required 15-metre minimum on rue Gibbons on a length of 22.35 metres.
