NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned that, in accordance with article 461 of the Cities and Towns Act, an auction sale shall be held for various items stored by the Verdun Borough for more than sixty (60) days further to some evictions in the Verdun Borough.
This auction sale shall be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., at the Public Works located at 1177 Dupuis Street, Verdun Borough.
The starting bid is $50.00 per lot and any offer retained must be paid immediately IN CASH ONLY.
