By-laws Nos. E-2720 and E-2722 - Coming into force

Notice is given that Borough Council:
At its meeting of March 13, 2006, passed the by-law no. E-2720 authorizing a loan for the amount of $2,200,000 for road infrastructures works such as borders, sidewalks, paving, street lighting and traffic lights. This by-law was approved by the minister of Affaires municipales et des Régions on May 10, 2006 and is coming into force this day.
AND
At its meeting of March 28, 2006, passed the by-law no. E-2722 authorizing a loan for the amount of $150,000 for expenditures related to the acquisition of recreational equipment. This by-law was approved by the minister of Affaires municipales et des Régions on May 10, 2006 and is coming into force this day.
These by-laws are available for consultation during normal business hours at the borough hall, 1800 Saint-Joseph Boulevard, Lachine.
