Saint-Laurent, April 26, 2016 – From 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, the Borough of Saint-Laurent will hold a huge auction at the Municipal Workshops, located at 13001, boulevard Cavendish.
Vehicles, furniture and communication equipment
At this event, a large number of motor vehicles, office furniture as well as miscellaneous equipment including a lawn-mower and tires, will be up for auction. Furthermore, the merchandise up for bid will include several lots of communication equipment such as radios, microphones and chargers, from six related cities or boroughs, including Saint-Laurent.
Anyone interested may examine the items on-site at the same location one hour before the start of the auction, specifically from 11 a.m. The sale will unfold under the supervision of Paquette et associés – Huissiers de justice S.E.N.C.R.L.
Sales terms
Merchandise will be sold as-seen in its current condition. Buyers are purchasing at their own risk.
Buyer must pay cash only for their entire invoice at the time of purchase.
It is expressly stipulated that the Borough of Saint-Laurent is in no way obligated to provide buyers with a warranty, even for latent defects that could affect the merchandise.
Buyers must immediately take possession of their merchandise.
Buyers must pay the applicable sales taxes (G.S.T. 5% and 9.975% P.S.T.).
