PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council adopted at a regular meeting held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, in accordance with By-law governing special building, renovation or occupancy projects (RCA08 210003, RCA08 210003-1), resolutions concerning the following projects:
·Special project to authorize the modification of the special building, renovation or occupancy project approved for 3415, boulevard LaSalle;
·Special project to authorize the construction of 4 condo units in a three-storey building at 3562, rue Gertrude (lot 1 152 998);
·Special project to authorize the construction of 4 condo units in a three-storey building on the lot 1 183 971 (4445 à 4449, boulevard LaSalle);
·Special project to authorize the construction of 6 condo units in a 3-storey building on the lot 1 183 500 (863, rue Rielle).
Individuals interested in consulting the resolutions concerning said projects may do so at the office of the undersigned, 4555, rue de Verdun, room 102, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.
These resolutions come into force on the day of publication of the present notice.
