PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., the following by-laws:
By-law RCA08 210004-1
By-law RCA08 210004-1 amending By-law RCA08 210004 respecting certificates of approval and certificates of occupancy.
By-law RCA12 210001
By-law RCA12 210001 concerning the occupancy of 3175 at 3183, boulevard LaSalle by a daycare centre.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-laws may do so Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption, at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102. These by-laws come into force on the day of publication of the present notice, according to law.
